David Duchovny and Tea Leoni have quietly divorced.
The Hollywood couple reportedly filed papers in June, according to TMZ, with the Californication actor citing 'irretrievable breakdown of the relationship'.
They have two children together - a daughter Madelaine West,15,and son, Kyd Miller, 12 - with Tea taking on primary physical custody.

Both parents share legal custody and live in the Upper West Side of Manhattan.
This marks the end of their on/off relationship that has lasted 17 years after they married in 1997 following eight weeks of dating.
The couple separated twice in that time, once in 2008 and 2011, though the couple were seen enjoying a beach day in June, the same month that David reportedly filed the divorced papers.

TMZ claim the couple settled the terms amicably together.
The actor - famous for his role as FBI Agent Mulder in The X Files - will reportedly pay $8,333 a month in child support, as well as further expenses covering summer camp, private school and college.
Duchovny is also said to be paying $40,000 a month in spousal support.
Their romance was a rocky one with David checking into rehab for sex addiction in 2008.
