Nicki Minaj Wardrobe Malfunction Spices Up VMA Performance: Check it Out!
Aug 25th 2014, 11:26, by Free Britney

An already elaborate and outrageous Nicki Minaj VMA performance became even more risque thanks to a wardrobe malfunction Sunday night on MTV.

Talk about kicking off the show with a bang ... bang.

Nicki Minaj Wardrobe Malfunction (VMA 2014)

The mega-show at The Forum in Inglewood, Calif., kicked off with a hot, nearly seven-minute-long medley performance by Minaj, Ariana Grande and Jessie J.

Grande performed "Break Free," Minaj slithered through her butt-celebrating single "Anaconda," and Jessie J joined them on the trio's new track "Bang Bang."

At that point came Minaj's wardrobe malfunction.

So what happened? She attempted a quick outfit change to a black dress for the collaboration with Ariana and Jessie J, but didn't quite make it in time.

She awkwardly spent their time on stage holding her tight black dress together while she tried to multitask and rap. Which she did admirably, we must say.

Ariana, fortunately or unfortunately depending on your point of view, made her costume change for "Bang Bang," a cut off of Jessie's new album Sweet Talker.

While Minaj struggled to keep her body parts from dropping out of her clothes, the trio also dropped the official "Bang Bang" video after the show.

Check that out below, along with the full performance by Nicki, Ariana and Jessie and the rest of the 2014 MTV VMAs' live performances from last night!

No offense to the aforementioned three stars, but this night belonged even more to Video Vanguard Award winner Beyonce. You've got to watch her epic performance:
