Khloe Kardashian split with husband Lamar Odom in December last year after months of estrangement. Opening up about the heartbreak of the break-up to her family during a trip to Thailand, the 30 year-old admitted that while they're no longer together, she still feels responsible for him.
Last summer the couple were hit with claims of the NBA star cheating and that he was fighting a drug addiction. In an earlier episode of the latest season of Keeping Up With The Kardashians, Khloe confirmed the reports had been true.
In a preview for Sunday's E! episode, she went even further and revealed that Odom "got sloppy," when it came to cheating on her.

"Lamar's stuff will weigh on me for the rest of my life," she told step-brothers Brandon and Brody Jenner during a family meal.
"The marriage didn't work out, not because of me, it wasn't what I wanted," Khloe admitted, in scenes which were shot in April, "So for the rest of my life I'm going to deal with that - worry about him, think about him and want just to protect him."
When Brandon and Brody asked where Lamar was, she admitted she couldn't get in contact with her former boyfriend.
"Can't find him," Khloe replied.
"He went back to New York and then ever since he's been there he's been missing."

"He got so sloppy and started messing with all of those girls," Khloe went on, addressing the rumours that he had cheated on her.
"And all those girls want to do is [get] their ten seconds of fame."

Khloe's currently dating rapper French Montana, but clearly the breakdown of her marriage and Odom's ongoing problems are still heavy on her minds.
Later in the conversation, the emotional Khloe said: "I can't really talk about it,' she replied, emotionally. 'I'm going to start crying."
