Dakota Johnson is probably excited about the whole world seeing her star in 50 Shades of Grey, however, it turns out that there are a few people she's not too thrilled to have see the movie.
These people include her mother Melanie Griffith. Speaking to IndieWire, the mother of the 24-year-old admitted that she's been forbidden from seeing the film.
"I have not seen Fifty Shades of Grey. I don't think I'm going to see it," she revealed. "[Dakota] was like, 'You guys cannot come. There's no way.' So we're not going. I did go visit for a couple of days when they were shooting just normal stuff. I did see the Room of Pain—I did go in there and check it out."

This does not mean that Melanie is not proud of Dakota being in the film. In fact, she is extremely proud that Dakota landed the highly coveted role.
"She's amazing—so good," she said excitedly. "It's just so beautiful to see her doing this. She had her mom and her dad and her grandmother and she's just taken us all and thrown us away. She's like, 'Here I am.'"
Melanie also opened up about her separation from husband Antonio Banderas. She explained how happy she is with her life despite the divorce.
"I'm going to do Pippin on Broadway in January," she explained. "It's not about my career now. It's just about finding great work and having a good time. My kids are almost grown. I'm getting divorced. I'm just happy. I'm really joyful. Life is good."
Melanie Griffith and Antonio Banderas had been married for 18 years.
