She's expecting her third child with husband Dan Baldwin.
But while Holly Willoughby has been doing her best to conceal her growing baby bump under various flowing outfits, it's her pal Fearne Cotton who has been sporting more traditional maternity outfits.
As Holly left the ITV studios in London on Wednesday night after filming Celebrity Juice wearing a grey top which hid her pregnancy curves, Fearne opted for a pair of denim dungarees.

While dungarees have long been a popular choice among pregnant women, they have recently come back into style as a fashion item in their own right.
Everyone from Sarah Jessica Parker to Diane Kruger have been sporting the denim all-in-ones, with the outfits also making a comeback in high-street stores.
Fearne wore her dungarees over a white lace T-shirt, teamed with black ankle socks and pink trainers and a black and white striped cardigan as she headed home from Celebrity Juice.

Meanwhile, Holly opted for an orange vest top under her flowing top and wore skinny jeans with a pair of flat black boots.
Holly recently spoke about telling three-year-old Harry and two-year-old daughter Belle that they were expecting a sibling.
She said on This Morning: 'It was lovely to tell the children, actually. When Belle came along, Harry was not even two yet, so he didn't really get it.

'This time he gets it and he came downstairs, and I was just waking up, and he went, "I just wanted to come down and make sure you and the baby are OK." It melts your heart! It's all lovely.'
Holly and Dan announced the pregnancy news on her blog, writing: 'Surprise Surprise (and it was a surprise!!) I'm really happy and excited to tell you that Dan and I are expecting baby number 3!!
'We feel blessed and very lucky to be giving Belle and Harry a little brother or sister later this year.'
