Taking place about 35 years after Return of the Jedi, the highly-anticipated film will feature Harrison Ford, Carrie Fisher, Mark Hamil and Perter Mayhew returning as older versions of their characters from the original films.
Beyond that, the cast roster is a who's who of up-and-coming indie talent that most Americans have likely never heard of.
Adam Driver, who's rumored to be playing the villain of the as-yet untitled project might be familiar to some for his role as Lena Dunham's boyfriend on the HBO series Girls.
Driver also co-starred with fellow Episode VII castmate Oscar Isaac in the 2013 Coen Brother's film Inside Llewyn Davis.
Seeing as Driver and Isaac are probably the most recognizable of the lot, it seems JJ Abrams intentionally cast the film with virtual unknowns so as to preserve the mystery surrounding the most eagerly-awaited sequel in decades.

Feel free to speculate wildly as to what sort of character each actor might be portraying. We recommend throwing "Darth" in front of their names and trying to envision them holding a red light saber.
