Prince William must have a taste for the wildside as during a jetboat ride on the Shotover river in New Zealand on Sunday he reportedly asked the driver to get even closer to the Canyons as he and Kate Middleton zipped down the river.
The royal couple arrived in Dunedin on Sunday morning, where they attended a chruch service before watching a game of Rippa Rugby but it sounds like the jetboat ride was William's favourite.

Shotover jet operations manager said after the trip to www.Voxyz.co.nz: "Yes there were some nerves but I feel safer driving the boat than I do driving my car home, because it's what we do as a job."

"The Duke was "right into the trip. He even asked me a couple of times to go closer to the canyon walls," he said.
"They had a blast, so that's my job well done."
Kate and William certainly appeared to be having a blast during the trip, which took them passed landmarks such as Coronet Peak. Wayne also commented on the tohousands who had turned out to get a peak at the couple, admitting it was the most people he'd ever seen along the route.

He admitted the royal trip had been a career highlight:
"Out of all the VIPs we've taken down the river over the years, it would be hard to top taking these young members of the Royal family."
