Channing Tatum appeared a little emotional on stage as he collected his Trailblazer award at the MTV Movie Awards in Los Angeles last night but soon perked up when he was flashed a picture of host Conan O'Brien's penis.
Conan was taking charge of proceedings at the Nokia Theatre last night where the likes of Mila Kunis, Jared Leto and Zac Efron had gathered to honour the hottest movies of the last 12 months and apparently when the production team wanted to let the winners knows their time on stage was over they flashed up a "dick pic" something Channing wasn't apparently expecting.

Taking to the stage to collect the gong, which honours a star who has a diverse portfolio of work, the Magic Mike star said: "I'm not really sure what I did to deserve this. It's weird because 10 years ago I was sitting in front of my TV watching the show just like people at home right now, and I didn't have the faintest thought that I could actually be up here talking to y'all,"

He went on: "I had no idea if I'd be good at anything, much less acting, and when I think about what's gotten me from there to here, it has to do with you guys. And I thank you so much for everything."
Cutting short the emo speech he laughed: "The dick pic? Really? Am I getting the dick pic right now?" he then exclaimed.
"I'm getting the dick pic guys. I gotta go. I love you guys,"
The Hunger Games: Catching Fire walked away with the most gongs on the night scoring three for Movie of The Year and Best Male and Female Performances for Josh Hutcherson and Jennifer Lawrence.
