David Walliams and Simon Cowell's bromance took an almost harmful turn during filming of Britain's Got Talent, Amanda Holden has revealed.
Having been asked at the press conference about whether the audience will see any disagreements take place between the panel who get on so well, Amanda recalled an incident that took place between David and Simon one day.
She said: "David nearly blinded Simon this year, I'm not even joking. He threw a pen..."
But before Amanda could go on to explain what happened next, David chimed in: "Should have closed your eyes."

Undeterred by David's interruption, Amanda went on to say: "He thew a pen at Simon. It was awful and it nearly blinded him because Simon was being funnier than David and David couldn't take it."
Commenting on what the audience will see of the incident, David who has provided us with many laughs during his time on the hit ITV show, said: "You will be seeing this on the show in slow motion."
Having heard Alesha tell David that he "crossed the line", Simon went on to say: "You did cross the line many many times. I had a baby before I had a baby working with David."
But David was going to have the last laugh as he teased: "Would you like me to tell them what you were doing to make me throw the pen?"
We can't wait for the return of BGT, can you?
