Iggy Azalea & Jennifer Lopez Have Lost Their Heads Up Their Big Butts, According To Brody Dalle
Sep 24th 2014, 15:42

Brody Dalle reckons Iggy Azalea and Jennifer Lopez Jennifer Lopez have "lost their heads up each other's big butts," if they think verging on porno song 'Booty' is actually any good. The former Distillers front woman took to Twitter on Monday, to share her thoughts on the track and pornographic video, where the two stars rub their butts together.

She wrote: "The song is a piece of crap that was written by waaay to many people including a well know woman beater," "I'm trying to understand what the point of their horrendous video is but I can't find one."

"I think JLo and iggy azalea have lost their heads up each other's big butts."

Frankly, Brody nailed it. The video, which sees the mum of two, grinding and flexing her booty against newcomer and fellow bootyshaker Iggy Azalea, is pretty obvious in what it's planning to do and Iggy herself has since admitted she knew the reception it would get.

Can anyone actually remember the track? Not really, but we're guessing that's the point. Coming so close after Nicki Minaj's Anaconda, these girls aren't even going for the shock factor anymore because it's numbingly predictable.

The objectivity of women in entertainment has always been a contentious issue, but never more so than these last few weeks. We've had the threat of naked, personal images of ONLY female celebrities hanging over Hollywood for the last few weeks. This flurry of photos have only undermined and embarrassed victims, some who have been blamed for daring to ever take a nude photo of their own bodies, privately.

This has been followed up by the call from Emma Watson to fight gender equality, during a speech at the UN, stating that as a woman, she'd been sexually objectified since age 14. So where do videos like 'Booty' fit, are they just a piece of harmless fun, with the ladies showing off their bodies? Or is there some deeper damage done, that lasts long after the clip ends?
