A video of One Direction star's Zayn Malik and Louis Tomlinson smoking a rolled up cigarette and talking about smoking marijuana, on their Where We Are world tour in South America last month has been posted online.
The two members of the boyband chat about smoking 'mary jane' while travelling in an SUV. According to the MailOnline it was taken on April 27 as they travelled to Peru's Estadio Nacional in Lima.
Louis Tomlinson can be heard behind the camera saying: "So here we are, leaving Peru. Joint lit. Happy days!" He asks Zayn: "What do you think about that kind of content?" To which his bandmate replies: "Very controversial,"

The boys seem in a pretty good mood as they smoke the cigarette.
Louis even jokes the police giving them an escort could probably "smell something" coming from their car. Tomlinson can be heard saying: "One nil b***h! Look at this b***h! He's having a look. He's thinking, 'I'm sure I can smell an illegal substance in there.' And he's hit the nail on the head."
Marijuana use is legal in Peru for personal use up to eight grams. The possession of marijuana is not punishable if possessed for personal and immediate consumption in quantities not exceeding "eight grams of marijuana or two grams of derivatives."
It's unknown where the video has come from and how it got online right now. When we approached One Direction's spokesperson about the video they confirmed, "this matter is in the hands of our lawyers" adding no further comment.
