Pharrell Williams has admitted he is "grateful" for the opportunity to open up about his life to talk show queen Oprah Winfrey during an emotional interview where he became overwhelmed and cried.
The 41-year-old hitmaker sat down for a candid chat with Oprah, 60, which aired on Sunday to discuss his childhood and rise to fame but it was his recent global success with uplifting track 'Happy' which really played on Pharrell's heart strings, prompting him to break down into tears.

During the interview, Oprah played the iconic music producer a clip of fans doing the 'Happy' dance around the world but she wasn't expecting him to become so overwhelmed with emotions.
