Benedict Cumberbatch has got women throwing themselves at him but he's now also picked up a new BFF with Tom Hiddleston admitting the Sherlock star is "one of his best friends."
The pair starred together in Steven Spielberg's 2010 film War Horse and it looks as though they struck up a tight bond as Tom reveals they have been close friends ever since, giving the likes of Hollywood BFFs George Clooney/Brad Pitt and Ben Affleck/Matt Damon, a run for their money.

When asked about their friendship by The Star.com, Tom replied: "He's one of my best friends. It's as simple as that."
They may be best buds but they could be mixing business with pleasure soon as Tom, 38, who is currently promoting his role in Guillermo del Toro's Crimson Peak, was recently tipped to star in the next season of Sherlock.
Mark Gatiss, who plays Mycroft in the show, told The Mirror: "Tom would be wonderful in Sherlock, I'm sure, but he only does movies now. What can I say? I'll ask him if you like."
"Well it's an internet rumour so it must be true. We might as well just wait and see what happens," he teased.
