Khloé Kardashian has been warned off her rumoured new love French Montana by the rapper's estranged wife.
In an exclusive interview with Life & Style, on newsstands now, Deen Kharbouch insists that 'things are not what they seem' when it comes to her ex as she advises the reality star 'to be careful'.
According to the publication, Khloé and her new beau - real name Karim Kharbouch - have been dating for as long as a month, taking their relationship public this past weekend as they hit up a number of nightclubs together.

While a source close to the 29-year-old beauty tells Hollywood Life there is no truth to dating rumours, insisting Khloé 'is not dating a soul' and their relationship is 'strictly platonic and in no way romantic', an eyewitness tells Life & Style the statuesque star was all over the rapper during a recent music video shoot.
'It was so crazy. She was kissing his neck and hanging on him,' the insider reports of the pair's affectionate interaction on March 25 in Los Angeles.
As far as his ex is concerned, French is nothing more than a deadbeat dad who 'abandoned' her and their four-year-old son, Kruz, as soon as he hit the big-time.
The couple were married in 2007 and welcomed their only child in 2009, before separating in 2012.
'He and I worked together to put him where he is,' Deen tells Life & Style. 'As soon as he popped, it was as if Kruz and I didn't exist. He practically abandoned us.'

A less-than consistent presence in his son's life, the rapper is said to often go 'two or three months' without contact - though he does pay $7,000 in child support each month, which Deen makes a point of clarifying: 'He was forced to do so; I had to go to court for that.'
While Khloé's family and friends are supportive of her moving on from her failed marriage to troubled basketball star Lamar Odom after she filed for divorce in December, the magazine reports that they are concerned she may be repeating the same mistakes with the 29-year-old.
'The whole family is worried,' a friend of Khloé's tells Life & Style. 'They think she's headed down the same path she did with her ex, Lamar Odom.'
On Friday night, the apparent new couple made their debut at the 16th birthday party of Sean 'Puff Daddy' Combs' son, Christian, at Hollywood hotspot 1OAK.
They then kept the party going, hopping aboard a private jet to Phoenix, Arizona along with Khloé's best friend, Malika Haqq, and as many as seven male pals, where French was promoting the Pink Rhino Cabaret.

Khloé shared a photo with fans on social media as the group posed together in front of their jet, captioning the image: 'Off to never never land.'
Video has since surfaced of the pair walking into the club together with their arms affectionately draped around each other, smiling and laughing, with the pretty blonde looking especially smitten
as she clutches her man's hand, showing off plenty of leg in her midnight blue dress that is slit to
the thigh.
Eyewitness Britni Rose, a local radio personality who also promotes the club, tells InTouch Weekly: 'They all seemed really happy when they arrived and Khloé and French walked in with their arms around each other.
'They were sat in the VIP booth in the main room, so they were completely exposed to everyone in the club and they didn't seem to mind. They sat in the booth side-by-side, having drinks and talking.'
She adds: 'Khloé drank champagne and the couple snuggled up together, talking really close and laughing.

'They are clearly a couple and seemed very close. I didn't see them kiss, but they were affectionate.'
Leaving just an hour later, Britni confirms they 'left the same way they came in: arm-in-arm and seeming really happy'.
French has previously opened up to The BoomBox about his marriage split, insinuating that it wasn't he who was changed by fame and wealth but his wife during a September 2012 interview.
'Man, I couldn't do it; that's why we got separated. At first it was smooth, but then as much as people think that money changes you, it's changing them around you,' he said. 'A person ain't gonna treat you the same now that they think that you think you somebody.'
He also hinted at being tempted by other women, adding: 'You around so many beautiful women, that's a conflict too. It's just about finding somebody that understand the game, what you're into. You can't expect to make all this money and not go through problems. You can't expect God to give you everything you want without taking something away.'

On May 8 last year, his ex took to Twitter to share her frustration with him as she was apparently unable to get in contact with him when their son fell ill.
'W*****, strippers, dealers tell @FrencHMonTanA that his son is sick,' she angrily vented.
She followed it up with: '@frenchmontana has not seen his son in months.. He's son is in the hospital and he could careless (sic).'
She also fired off: '@FrencHMonTanA is a HORRIBLE father', '@FrencHMonTanA where is your son??' and '@frenchmontana is a fake f*** that uses people #vampire'.
While he made no mention of Deen, on December 31, French posted a photo montage to Instagram of his ex and their son as they rang in the New Year all dressed up in black tie attire.
'Happy new year to my little man kruz young Montana (sic),' he wrote.
