She has less than three days to go until she takes on the gruelling London Marathon for the first time.
However Amy Willerton seemed more than happy to chat away to her trainer on Thursday as they slowed down the pace during a session in Richmond Park.
The 21-year-old showed off her toned pins in cropped, black Lycra leggings while sporting a mirrored pair of pink shades.

The model and fitness freak certainly stood out from the crowd in her vibrant jacket, which matched her grey and pink trainers.
She tweeted earlier in the day to say: 'Never carb loaded before and feeling soooo heavy', suggesting she wasn't enjoying her new diet.
The I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here star's long hair swished from side-to-side after being tied up in a high ponytail for the day.
Amy will be running with her father Bruce, 56, in the marathon, for the Chickenshed charity, a youth theatre company. It's something that touches home with Amy as her younger brother Ross suffers from severe autism.

Speaking previously about her family, she said: 'They live such a simply happy life and I think it's the fact they exercise a lot,' in an interview with the Daily Star. 'It promotes such a healthy mental state.'
Amy has admitted that up until a year ago she didn't even exercise, preferring to eat cake and without a clue about how to get started on getting fit.
That changed when she split from her then boyfriend and threw herself into the gym mainly as a distraction.
'I wanted to be strong enough to walk away from him,' she says now. 'but as my body changes and I started to feel fitter I realised I didn't need him anymore.'

These days Amy has a personal trainer to help her keep in tip top form, but says that she prefers lifting weights in the gym to running or jogging.
Amy says that she's opted to go more for a 'walk-run' marathon where she will do nine minutes of running followed by one minute of walking and then back to running. She insists that because she gets bored so easily she likes the idea of having a formulated routine or goal to work towards.
'But I just want to survive!' she says, as this will be her first marathon, so she has not given herself any time pressure, it's more about finishing the race.
That said, Amy admits though that it's not running that has radically improved her body but lifting weights at the gym.

Saying that she respects bodybuilders, Amy says that she prefers to be as petite as possible and that she actually trains to get smaller rather than larger.
She adds that she likes the idea of always being feminine with her training. Normally a size eight, Amy reveals that she can go up to a 10 or down to six depending on whether she needs to look more busty or lean.
As for here current romantic situation, with the beauty queen reportedly dating former Wanted singer Max George, Amy has simply declared that she wants to keep the romance private for the moment.
She said that she has always been in long term relationships and never really dated.

As for her brief relationship with her I'm A Celebrity co-star, TOWIE's Joey Essex, Amy said simply that the situation was weird and that she felt overwhelmed.
In hindsight, she said that she felt under a lot of pressure and wanted things to happen naturally without people telling her that the relationship was just for publicity.
After realising that a proper relationship between the two would never organically happen, Amy decided Joey wasn't for her and moved on.
