Johnny Depp has allegedly been summoned to court as part of a woman's murder trial.
According to TMZ, Nancy Lekon killed a pedestrian in 2009 when she mowed her down in LA and dragged her for whole mile.
She has been charged with murder but has pled no guilty by reason of insanity, after telling officers at the time of her arrest that she was dating Depp.

It is thought, therefore, that her public defender now wants to bring the actor in to take the stand to help prove that Lekon is delusional and that he has never met her.
EntertainmentWise has contacted Johnny Depp's rep for comment on the report.
He's had a busy week, overall - premiering his new movie Transcendence in Hollywood, at which he was reportedly handed the legal documentation.
He's also currently engaged to Amber Heard, although earlier this week it was denied that she is pregnant with his child after whispers began circulating in the US.
