The Amazing Spider-Man 2 star Andrew Garfield will host hit US TV show Saturday Night Live next month, it has been announced.
Andrew will play host on SNL on May 3 in what is set to be a star-studded show as Coldplay will also perform. While it is Andrew's first time hosting the iconic late night series, Coldplay have already appeared four times before.
Meanwhile Seth Rogen hosted the show last night with Ed Sheeran as his musical guest while Taylor Swift and James Franco turned up to lend a hand.

It's turning out to be a busy couple of months for Andrew who has been hot footing it across the globe to promote his second Spidey outing with on screen and off screen love Emma Stone.
The couple, who have hit Paris and London this week, are set to make an appearance at tonight's MTV Movie Awards in Los Angeles alongside co-star Jamie Foxx to introduce a new clip from their Marvel film.
