Jermain Jackman is on cloud nine after winning the latest series of The Voice but he's even more surprised that he's made a fan out of Cheryl Cole, who sent a tweet recently telling the singer to "call" her and it seems he's more than happy to oblige.
The 19-year-old soared to victory last weekend when he was crowned the winner of the BBC One show and scooped the £100,000 record deal after being coached by will.i.am, who it turns out is best friends with Cheryl, 30.

After their triumph on Saturday, the 'Call My Name' songstress tweeted her congratulations to will.i.am, writing: "YESsss Jermain!!! Congrats @iamwill love ya #Dopesh*t p.s call me."
When asked whether he'll be scrambling for a phone any time soon, Jermain told The Guardian: "Why does everyone ask me that question?! She wasn't talking to me in that tweet, she was talking to will.i.am! How can I call her when I don't have her number?"
After thinking about it for a few moments, Jermain then has a change of heart, adding: "Cheryl needs to call me."
While he may have won The Voice, Jermain may be losing his appeal with fans already as the singer's single 'And I Am Telling You I'm Not Going' has failed to make the top 40 chart on the UK midweek charts while runner-up Sally Barker is soaring 15 places ahead of him with her cover of Olly Murs' 'Dear Darlin.'
Fellow finalist Christina Marie is also in the race with her cover of 'The Power Of Love' sitting at number 52.
