We all know that Simon Cowell is not a man to beat around the bush or mince his words, especially when it comes to contestants on his show - but towards a judge that he hired?
Because despite the fact that Gary Barlow proved to be popular while serving on the X Factor panel, now Simon's back, there's only room for one top dog - and that's him!
Simon returns to the show this summer to join Cheryl Cole, possibly Louis Walsh and an yet-to-be-named fourth judge for the 11th series of the ITV talent show.

And speaking to the Sun, Simon said he would not bring the Take That star back on the panel while he was still there.
He said: "Gary was seen as the head judge. And so am I. I do believe I'm the best person at spotting a potential star."
And not only that, but he wouldn't even hire the singer to run his record label.
He added: "The truth is — and I'm not being rude — I wouldn't hire Gary to run my record label.
"Essentially, that's what you're doing with the X Factor judging panel. If Gary and I were running a record label, we'd do it in a different way."
Gary has also been critical about the minimal age limit for contestants of 16, saying it was too young to take part.
But Simon, who has now lowered the minimum age to 14, said Gary was wrong and added: "Can you imagine saying to Gary Barlow at 16, 'You're too young to be a musician'?
"If you look at the charts now, the 14-year-olds are more like 16, 17-year-olds. So it felt the right way to go.
"We've got to pull the rabbit out of the hat."
