Earlier this month, the entire Palin family was involved in a brawl at a party in Anchorage, Alaska.
Even though she doesn't read newspapers, family matriarch and woman who came frighteningly close to being our vice president -Sarah Palin - somehow found out that her family was portrayed by the media in a less-than-favorable fashion following the fight, and she's madder than a bull moose with a burr on his butt, you betcha:
"As you can imagine [my kids] and my extended family have experienced so many things that may have crushed others without a strong foundation of faith," wrote Palin on her Facebook page.
"I'm thankful for my friends' prayer shield that surrounds, allowing them to remain their anchor. Thank you, prayer warriors!"
Powerful stuff. Sounds like her family has been through a lot. Hey, you know who else has been through a lot? The people who were violently attacked by the entire Palin family at a party!
Look, we weren't there, and we don't know what sparked the melee, but even the Palins aren't denying that they used their prayer shields to bust into a party and start doling out ass whoopings to an unsuspecting crowd.
Maybe it was justified - again, we don't know - but regardless of the details, it's not the sort of situation where you get to play the victim afterward.
Now, if she wanted to write a woe-is-me post about the fact that no one is subscribing to the Sarah Palin Channel, that we could understand. All the "prayer warriors" in the world ain't gonna save that mess.
