Kris Jenner filed for divorce from husband of 23 years Bruce Jenner in Los Angeles on Monday, Sept 22, ending their long and lucrative marriage. What's noticeable about this split, is unheard of for the Kardashians, there's no drama around the break-up and they even split their $60 million fortune amicably and without a long drawn out legal battle.
The couple officially separated in July 2013, according to the documents filed yesterday, and in the run up to the divorce petition there has been an absence of the usual stories, about the couple either being at war, or getting back together. Are they taking the high road for once?
Last time they issued a joint statement to the press explaining the split, but this time there's been nothing. Perhaps Kris learnt some lessons from daughter Kim's divorce from Kris Humphries, which dragged on for 18 months, because this seems to be drama free. Together the couple are believed to be worth around $130 million, with Bruce making up the majority (his net estimate is $100 mil), but according to TMZ it was actually around $60 million.
They both filed for divorce, pro per - meaning there were no lawyers involved. They aren't believed to have had a pre-nup when they tied the knot in 1991 and worked out the split via their business managers. Kris is keeping the Hollywood Hills mansion, where she's currently living with daughters Kylie and Kendall and we're guessing Bruce is going to continue living in Malibu close to his sons Brandon and Brody.

Sources have said the break-up was "easy and amicable," and they have split their property portfolio and Kris has not requested spousal support. They're also petitioning for joint-custody of 17 year-old Kylie.
Since they tied the knot in 1991, Kris has seen her family achieve global fame and build a billion-dollar brand through their reality TV show, brand endorsements, clothing line and just about anything you can put your name to.
She's even grooming her two daughters with Bruce, Kendall and Kylie Jenner who are mini-moguls in their own right, to take on the fame game. They already have a clothing line, a book and Kendall is a highly successful runway model, who this week will no doubt make her appearance at Paris Fashion Week.
She headed there after ending her marriage, smiling at LAX and posting a pic of the Eiffel Tower after touching down in the French capital, ironically the city of love.
