Amber Rose has filed for divorce from husband of just over a year Wiz Khalifa, according to TMZ who claim documents stating "irreconcilable differences," were submitted on Monday (Sept.22) by the model.
The couple wed in 2013 and have a one year-old son together, Sebastian. In the documents Amber is asking for full physical and legal custody of the tot, with Wiz given visitation rights. In the documents, Amber acknowledges the existence of a pre-nup agreement and asked for it to be adhered to, this reportedly includes spousal support.
This break-up has come a little out of the blue, though over the last few weeks Amber has been stepping out a little too much with Nick Cannon. He's recently acknowledged his marriage to Mariah Carey is on the rocks, though there's no divorce there yet and last week confirmed he's going to be managing Amber's career as she attempts to become a TV presenter.
Amber and Nick played happy families at the Power 106 All-Star Celebrity Basketball, with Sebastian, watching Cannon from the side with Karrueche Tran and Kylie Jenner.

That was on Sunday night, the say before she filed for divorce. Neither has acknowledged the split on Twitter, though Wiz did tweet earlier this week: "Everybody deserves to be loved".
We're not entirely sure WHAT went down, but Wiz denied divorce claims earlier this month. When asked about the rumours by Ohio's Power 107.5, the rapper said: "Nah, hell nah. I wouldn't pay attention to the hype. It's actually our one year anniversary today."
Such a shock, we thought these two were so good together!
