Liberty Ross was understandably left devastated after her husband, Rupert Sanders, was caught cheating on her with Kristen Stewart a couple of years ago. But, the actress has now opened up about the affair, with her saying that she now knows to always follow her heart when she feels like something may not be quite right.
Images of Kristen and Rupert surfaced online in the summer of 2012 and while Kristen and her now ex boyfriend Robert Pattinson tried to make things work, Liberty filed for divorce. In a new interview, the model has now described life as a learning process, admitting that she'll always trust her gut from now on.
Speaking to Grazia magazine, Liberty said: "The most valuable thing I can share is the importance of living in truth. Sometimes, facing those truths can actually be your worst fear. Trusting your gut is always the best thing - no matter what people around you insist you should be doing or saying or thinking. Only you know and once you live in truth your heart is completely free."
Liberty and Rupert have two children together, 10- year-old Skyla and seven-year-old son, Tennyson. The brunette left Los Angeles to live in London, back in 2004, and admits that it was hard to raise a child at such a young age, in a different country. She continued to tell the magazine: "I was only 25 when I had my first [child], so I really didn't know what I was doing. I'd just moved to LA, I didn't know anyone and I was breastfeeding on the hilltop kind of thinking, 'Wow, what happened?'"

Despite things being tough after she filed for divorce in January 2013, Liberty now admits that she's doing better than ever after splitting from her husband of 10 years.
"It's amazing what two years does," the 35-year-old told Harper's Bazaar UK. "Today, I feel happier than I've ever felt, and I'm in such a great place. All of us are: my kids are great, Rupert's amazing, we have all moved on and everyone is doing really well."
