Bow Wow has apparently found "the one" he wants to settle down with as the rapper and TV host has confirmed his engagement to Love & Hip Hop: New York star Erica Mena, whom he has been dating for six months.
Erica, who has become one of the most controversial stars of the VH1 reality show, let the exciting news slip while on the red carpet at last weekend's BET Hip Hop Awards, telling E! News when asked about her rapper beau: "Uhh..he's actually my fiancé."
It seems Bow Wow, 27, was more than happy to then confirm the news, sharing a close-up photo on Instagram of the blinging diamond ring he presented to Erica during the proposal while also showing off his equally as flashy Rolex watch. Although she's yet to gush over her engagement further, Erica was seen happily posing with the ring at the BET Hip Hop Awards on Saturday as the couple sat together in the audience.
It's believed that Bow Wow and Erica, 26, have been dating ever since she made an appearance on 106 & Park which the rapper presents, back in February, and it seems she left a long-lasting memory after they shared a steamy kiss on the sofa. While their romance has been surprisingly mostly under wraps, it's likely that it'll be splashed all over the upcoming season of L&HH:NY which returns in November.

Erica has had somewhat of a colourful love life over the years with her on/off turbulent romance with music manager Rich Dollaz becoming a main storyline of the reality show while she was involved in a turbulent romance with girlfriend, Cyn Santana, last year. Erica and Bow Wow have plenty in common though as she is a mother to son she shares with Terror Squad rapper Raul Condo, while Bow Wow is a father to three-year-old daughter, Shai.
