With Hot Chick [VIDEO] May 6th 2014, 15:24, by TMZ Staff Justin Bieber enjoyed a leisurely day at Venice Beach ... his bodyguard, not so much.  Biebs was spotted all over VB on Monday with a chick named Yovanna Ventura, who was with Biebs this weekend in Las Vegas for the Floyd Mayweather fight. After wandering around the boardwalk a bit, Biebs and Ventura hopped into a bicycle rickshaw ... which was too small to fit his bodyguard ... who was left to jog behind it for quite awhile. As if being Justin Bieber's bodyguard wasn't embarrassing enough.
