NBC has announced that Taylor Swift will be making an appearance in this season's lineup of the The Voice US.
In a newly created role as 'Key Advisor', the Shake It Off singer will help out all four superstar coaches by mentoring each of the acts.
The 24-year-old is scheduled to make her first appearance on the show on Monday, October 27 - the same day that she releases her latest LP 1989 – as well as featuring in the Knockout Rounds.

But whilst this is the first time Taylor has taken on the role as mentor, she'll have the support of judges, Gwen Stefani, Pharrell Williams, Adam Levine and Blake Shelton.
The Voice US airs on Mondays and Tuesdays at 8 pm on NBC.
