And the model proved this theory when she stepped out looking super glamorous in a very daring look for dinner at Craig's in West Hollywood with boyfriend Jason Statham on Saturday.
The 27-year-old's thigh-skimming orange dress had a dangerously plunging neckline, which was kept in place with a thick black belt on the waist.

With her blonde tresses styled into loose waves, Rosie's long pins were impossible to miss as she walked beside her hunky man.
She clutched a smart embellished handbag, which matching her heeled ankle boots, complete with silver chain detailing.
Meanwhile Jason, 47, looked dapper in a pale grey jacket and jeans, which he teamed with brown loafers and no socks.

The Homefront actor, who completed his ensemble with a grey top, had been pictured flying into LAX airport the previous day before reuniting with Rosie.
The beauty has been dating the British movie star since 2010, with whom she splits her time between Los Angeles and the UK, where she spends a week per month on average.
The arrangement works well for the Devon-born star, but she has admitted previously that she misses her home country.

She told Harper's Bazaar: 'That's what makes being with an Englishman out there so great. I mean, we live in Hollywood, for f***'s sake. It would be easy to lose touch with reality.'
Rosie spoke about her desire to be closer to her family members.
'I do battle with wanting to be closer to my family, wanting to call my brother on a Sunday and ask him to come round and watch The X Factor, or be there to support my sister, or go shopping with my mum,' she explained.
'Not being able to do that can get me down. But I feel really grateful that I do get to be here once a month.'
