Someone's not happy about it...
Lindsay Lohan is finally biting back at James Franco's tell-all short story that is about his time with Lindsay Lohan. The actress is not happy that he is using her for his story entitled Bungalow 89.
In a new interview with MailOnline, the actress revealed that she is disappointed in the situation because she would never do such a thing to him.
"If someone wants to do that for their own reasons there's nothing to say, I'm not in their head. [However] I would never do that. I didn't read it," she stated.

It's not just James Franco that Lindsay is upset about. It's the entire social media industry that seems to bother her, especially when it comes to her privacy.
"When I started working we didn't have Twitter, we didn't have any of this s**t, it's a different world now," she explained. "We didn't have Instagram, we didn't have camera phones for God's sake. It's really different now."
Lindsay is not innocent in the drama between her and James however. The situation first arose when a list of Lindsay's alleged sexual conquests emerged on the internet.
James was one of the many men on the list; however, the extent of their relations was unclear as James denied sleeping with her.

Although initially avoiding responsibility for the list, she then admitted on her reality show as well as in her interview on Watch What Happens Live, that she did indeed write it.
"That was actually my fifth step in AA at Betty Ford," she explained in the interview. "And someone, when I was moving during the OWN show, must have taken a photo of it. And so that's a really personal thing and it's really unfortunate."
In addition to James Franco, many other celebrities were named on the list, including Zac Efron, Ashton Kutcher, and Justin Timberlake just to name a few.
