Since then both Tori and her mother have spoken out about the reality star's lifelong struggle with migraine headaches, which were supposedly the cause of her 6-day hospital stay.
Now, it seems as though Tori may be suffering from something far more serious and according to reports she's refusing necessary medical treatment for fear that if she's away from home too long her husband Dean McDermott will cheat on her again.
A source tells London's Daily Mail: "Tori has two disintegrated discs in her neck that have been causing her extreme pain. "Although doctors are telling her she risks doing permanent damage if she doesn't have the surgery, she feels she can't put her family and her responsibilities on the back burner long enough to have the operation."
The insider adds that family and friends are concerned about Tori's increasing reliance on pain medication and Tori believes the ratings for her Lifetime reality series would suffer if the show was forced to focus on her operation and hospitalization.
Drama! Drama Drama!
Of course, as is always the case with the Spelling-McDermotts, this could all be total BS designed to drum up ratings.
There have been reports that Tori's hospital stay was faked for the cameras and many believe that McDermott's affair was a complete fabrication.
