Rumours that Prince could be headlining Glastonbury festival have been circulating for years, not to mention an Oasis reunion this year, but now these rumours have been put to bed as it's finally been announced that Metallica will be headlining on the Pyramid Stage on Saturday night.
The US metal band have joined the line-up along with Arcade Fire and Kasabian, who are also headlining at Worthy Farm.

Glastonbury organisers Michael and his daughter Emily Eavis made the announcement earlier today, with Metallica's Lars Ulrich telling BBC Radio 1: "I feel ecstatic. We've been waiting for this phone call for years."
Glastonbury Festival founder Michael Eavis told BBC 6 Music: "[Metallica] wanted to play for a long, long time and they're one of the most amazing rock bands in the world, everywhere I go people say 'When are Metallica going to play?' I said, 'They will be here one day' and this is their time now.
"We've done it before (with Rage Against the Machine in 1994). People think that we're prone to have Radiohead and Coldplay and Oasis but when we had Jay Z a few years ago, people said he wasn't a Glastonbury act but we have all kinds of music."
Glastonbury Festival is running this year from 25-29 June, in Somerset. Other acts on the bill this year include Dolly Parton, Jake Bugg, Ed Sheeran and Manic Street Preachers.
