Andrew Garfield and Emma Stone may hate talking about their romance but the Amazing Spider-Man 2 stars showed what good sports they are on SNL last night, poking fun at their relationship by taking part in the worst ever make-out session.
Garfield played host on the late night show for the first time, admitting in the opening monologue that he was a little nervous.
Luckily his gorgeous girlfriend, who has hosted before, was on hand to give some advice, popping up on camera to tell him that the SNL band laugh at everything, before suggesting he be a little self-deprecating, to which Garfield replied with a smile, "I am a terrible father!"
The highlight of the show came though when Andrew slipped into his Spidey suit for a sketch with Emma which saw them recreating their time on the Spider-Man set. Standing in front of a green screen, the couple acting out their kissing scene and had a lot of difficulty.
That meant Coldplay frontman Chris Martin stepped in to offer a hand. While Emma was excited at the prospect of snogging the newly single singer, Chris had other ideas as he donned a blonde wig and puckered up to fellow Brit Andrew.
"Why don't you go ahead and show me that beautiful little tongue, come to papa," said Martin as he went in for the kiss.
Martin later appeared with his band as the musical guest, singing Magic and brand new single A Sky Full of Stars.
