Neighbors - released internationally as Bad Neighbours - is charging to No1 at the US Box Office this weekend.
The film is expected to hit $48-49 million domestically this weekend after netting an impressive $19.6 million on Friday (May 9).
Starring Zac Efron, Seth Rogen and Rose Byrne, it's the first R-Rated comedy of the summer, and is on course to dethrone The Amazing Spider-Man 2 after a week at the summit.

The superhero sequel is projected to earn between $36-37 million for the weekend, after a megabucks $91.6 million opening seven days ago.
Released alongside Neighbors this weekend was Mom's Night Out, a faith-based comedy starring the brilliant Patricia Heaton (The Middle, Everybody Loves Raymond).
According to The Hollywood Reporter, it should bank between $4-5 million for the weekend, after taking $1.25 million on Friday, its first day on release. It's a solid start, but not up there with the likes of God's Not Dead and Heaven Is For Real.
Elsewhere, animation Legends Of Oz is flopping, after making only $981,000 on Friday. However, the studio reportedly remain hopeful that the Mother's Day weekend will help bolster numbers.
