Robert Pattinson is such a hunk, it's hard to imagine him ever feeling nervous or lacking confidence. However, the Rover actor has revealed that he was "terrified" that he wouldn't get the role in his latest film.
Of course, as you can tell, Rob did indeed get the part. But in a new interview with ET Canada, the Brit born actor claimed that he is "so bad at auditioning", adding: "I really, really fought for it."
Australian flick, The Rover, starring R-Patz, Gillian Jones and Guy Pearce, is set in a dystopian world, almost like a futuristic western film.

Talking about his character, Reynolds, Robert shared: "It's a character that doesn't really have any constraints. You don't know where he is from or what his desires are and really what his mental state is and I felt really relaxed doing it because you just do whatever you wanted to basically."
In a moment of self-deprecation, he then added: "I felt for a second I kind of knew what I was doing for a little bit because I just sort of fell into acting and I never really felt like that before."
Rob is very busy at the moment promoting not one, but TWO films in Cannes at the moment. Yes, not only does he have The Rover premièring at the annual film festival, but also new flick Maps To The Stars.
The satirical drama stars Pattinson as a limo driver and aspiring screenwriting. It marks Rob's second collaboration with director David Cronenburg, after they worked together on 2012 film, Cosmopolis.
