Miley Cyrus was rushed to hospital yesterday following an allergic reaction to antibiotics, now a report has claimed the recent death of her dog Floyd has triggered her recent illness which called for her to be on the medication with insiders claiming the star has been an "emotional mess" since the death of the dog.
The Wrecking Ball star took to her Twitter to apologise for missing a show last night in Kansas City on her Bangerz tour, saying: "Kansas I promise Im as 💔 as you are. I wanted so badly 2 b there 2night. 😿 Not being with yall makes me feel sh****** than I already do 😷"
The cancelled show, follows last week when the singer called off another date in Charlotte after falling ill.
According to TMZ her recent spell of bad health stems from the heartbreak over Floyd, who died at her Los Angeles home while she was on tour, and that she's been experiencing crying fits and bouts of insomnia as she struggles with her grief, sources reportedly told them.

Another insider added that she's also been partying hard to try and escape her pain, saying: "She's been off the rails since this happened."
The 21-year-old has been working non-stop since her Bangerz tour kicked off on Valentine's Day, two months ago and has barely had a break playing multiple dates a week to sell out crowds.

No wonder she's reportedly feeling so rundown with the hectic tour as well as her personal grief. The star was left devastated when Floyd passed away two weeks ago and admitted on Twitter she'd been struggling to sleep and crying late into the night.
