She has spent the past few weeks in Europe on what has seemed like an ongoing vacation.
And Lindsay Lohan still looked in holiday mode on Sunday as she larked around with a mystery male after returning to U.S. shores.
Sporting a black dress with long fringing on the skirt, the 28-year-old actress looked like she was having a great time during a walk through The Hamptons.

Her tattooed male friend held the side of the star's face while puffing on a cigarette, wrapped his arms around her waist and later nuzzled her neck.
Teaming her outfit with a orange jacket, peep toe chunky black heels and layered necklaces, the star also lit up a cigarette while texting on her cell phone.
The couple were accompanied by Lindsay's friend and assistant Gavin Doyle during their walk.

Despite Lindsay's closeness with her male companion, she recently denied she is looking for romance.
'No, no. I'm focused on me. I'm not ready to be in anything right now,' she told MailOnline in a recent interview.
The star was also pictured in the company of a fair few good looking men during her 'chill' holiday to Greece and Ibiza, and laughingly described them as 'like the cast of the movie 300'.
It's likely that the star's stint in the U.S. won't be for long. She'll have to return to London to prepare for her forthcoming appearance in David Mamet play Speed The Plow in London's West End

'I've always wanted to do theatre and I love doing things live,' she said. 'I don't act in a way that I do a lot of takes so it's something different for me and it's much more respected over here and I wasn't in a place in the past where I could have done that.
'With that being said now I'm in a position where I want the diligent schedule, I want to do something different and have people see me as an actress on stage and that's all they see because I got into this to be an actress.
'I think a lot of people have a misconception of me due to situations I put myself in, things that have been made up about me or manifested and I got into this to be an actress and you know I like to create, to write, I eventually want to direct'
