Ariana's most recent songs such as "Problem," "Break Free" and "Bang Bang," are up-tempo and energetic, but "Best Mistake" is more of a slow jam.
With its gentle, yet intense piano and her strong, but mellow vocals, critics have called it the most mature track of the young songbird's career.
Grande's vocals have drawn comparisons to Mariah Carey, and unlike her past few singles, you can see here why some people have made that leap.
Her powerful, understated stylings are nicely complimented by Sean's laid back approach to rhyming, and the chemistry on "Best Mistake" is palpable.

Sean and Ariana also collaborated on "Right There," a single from her 2013 album Yours Truly that made its way onto the Billboard Hot 100 chart.
They've also been rumored to be collaborating in love, as we said, after Ariana broke up with Jai Brooks and Sean and Naya Rivera ended their engagement.
