Joey Essex and Sam Faiers were perhaps one of the best TOWIE couples ever and when the pair decided to call off their engagement last summer, fans were left gutted - but since leaving the show, the TV lovebirds have finally got back together with Joey now admitting things are better than ever.
It is believed the reality TV stars had grown close following Sam's recent Crohn's disease diagnosis.
Of his rekindled relationship with Sam, Joey has confessed they are "taking things slow" at the moment.
"We're taking it slow. We're really happy and it's just nice to have a relationship away from TOWIE," he told New! Magazine.

When questioned over any re-engagement plans, he replied: "I didn't know about that, we're really happy."
Meanwhile, Sam recently opened up on future wedding plans with her beau.
"Mrs Essex! I will definitely change my name," she quipped, when asked whether she would change her name.
"I didn't know Joey and I would get back together and be as in love and happy as we are now," she told OK! Magazine. "Me and Joey talk about it and we would love to get married on a beach."
