If love really is a universal language then TOWIE pair Danielle Armstrong and James Lock appeared to be talking in different tongues during a night out in their native Essex on Thursday.
The on-again, off-again couple had ventured into deepest Hornchurch, where they enjoyed a Feel Da Passion night at retro nightspot Oliver's Bar before making their way home in the early hours of Friday morning.
But while it was a united front of sorts following a tumultuous few weeks, during which James was charged with possession of Class C drugs, the body language looked awkward as they made their way onto the street.

Indeed, sporting a smart leather jacket and skinny jeans 27-year-old James appeared to lag behind busty Danielle, his eyes lowered to the pavement.
As they idled on the kerb waiting for a cab, the fiery blonde TOWIE babe spent much of her time chatting to a hunky male pal while James stood by her side with his hands in his pockets, talking to another friend.
Danielle, 25, caught the eye in an ensemble that, by her own standards, was remarkably casual during her night out with James in the Essex town.

While Jessica Wright was out and about in London last night her TOWIE cast mates Danielle Armstrong and boyfriend James Locke kept it Essex at a bar in Hornchurch.
Danielle is a relatively new addition to the reality television show but she's already made an impression with her relationship dramas with James. And we have to say we've been loving her sartorial choices lately. She stands out from the crowd of bandage dresses and bodycon, keeping an edge to her look.
It also helps that Danielle is a stylist for clothing label Love so she's got a bit of a head start when it comes to putting outfits together. The shapely star opted for a cropped floral blouse that revealed a generous portion of toned tum, while high-waist skinny jeans and nude heels rounded things off.
Earlier that evening an excited Danielle had tweeted about her imminent night out with James, writing: 'Hada few wines now gona go to @oliver_bar for @bilyboyford night.'
Climbing into their taxi-van at 1:00am, the pair were separated by a grey shorted pal, who sat between them as they drove off into the night.

James pleaded not guilty to possession of a Class C drug, which is thought to be horse tranquiliser ketamine, and criminal damage when he appeared in court on April 3.
He was initially arrested on suspicion of possessing Class A drugs and criminal damage after he and another male were involved in a dispute with a taxi driver in Dagenham, Essex, in February.
James will next appear at Romford magistrates' court on June 27. A spokesperson for James and Danielle declined to comment.
