Alicia Silverstone DESTROYS Vaccines, Tampons, Depression, Cancer in "Kind Mama" Book

Alicia Silverstone has some ... pretty interesting views on parenting.

Because she's Alicia Silverstone, an obvious expert on the subject, she's decided to transcribe them in book form. And oh, how enlightened the public will be.

Alicia Silverstone: The Kind Mama

If you thought chewing her kid's food for him was a bit strange, that's got nothing on some of the views espoused in her new tome, The Kind Mama.

Somewhere, Kristin Cavallari and Jenny McCarthy are PSYCHED ... because they've been dethroned as the new poster parent who hates vaccines.

Shots are just "aluminum and formaldehyde," after all. Alicia writes:

"While there has not been a conclusive study of the negative effects of such a rigorous one-size-fits-all, shoot-'em-up schedule, there is increasing anecdotal evidence from doctors who have gotten distressed phone calls from parents claiming their child was 'never the same' after receiving a vaccine. And I personally have friends whose babies were drastically affected in this way."

Also, your tampons are ruining you, ladies. Just killing your body:

"Your chichi is the most absorbent part of your body. Unfortunately, feminine-care manufacturers aren't required to tell you what's in their products, which means that no one's talking about the potential pesticide residues from non-organic cotton and the 'fragrances' containing hormone-upsetting, fertility-knocking phthalates that are snuggling up to your hoo-ha."

Oh, and you suck at parenting if you're depressed basically:

"Though it's less common among kind mamas, some women experience the blues after giving birth."

But why should you listen to Alicia Silverstone of all people?

Because her book is, for all intents and purposes, magic:

"[This book can] help prevent or even cure your PMS, insomnia, allergies, breakouts, weight struggles, thyroid condition, lupus, multiple sclerosis ... while significantly lowering your risk of heart disease, diabetes, and cancer."

Long story short, Alicia Silverstone is basically God.

How else do you explain a book that will rid you of that silly postpartum depression, rid your body and your child's of lethal toxins AND stave off cancer?

Where have you been all our lives, AS??
