Kanye West Is Crucified Jesus In Easter-Themed LA Street Art (PHOTOS)
Apr 18th 2014, 11:44

An interesting piece of street art has appeared on the external wall of a building in LA - showing Kanye West as Jesus.

It's pretty timely, considering it's Easter weekend, and the image sees Kanye positioned as if he were being crucified on a cross, like Jesus - with 'The New Messiah?' scribbed next to it.

It's not currently clear who drew the art, but all Kanye is wearing in the image are red baseball-style shoes and a white loincloth.

The 6-foot-high spray-painted drawing is in the Hollywood area of the city.

Kanye named his 2013 LP Yeezus, which features a song entitled 'I Am A God'. Lily Allen has, in turn, named her latest opus Sheezus.

Kanye is due to marry Kim Kardashian next month in Paris, despite rumours this week that they will be unable to go through with their plans due to the fact they aren't permanent residents of France.

Kim was linked to a spot on the UK X Factor panel after it was claimed that Cheryl Cole wants to get her on board, but this was swiftly shot down. Simon has, however, acknowledged that Kanye would be "fun" behind the infamous desk.

The couple have one daughter together, North West, who will turn one-year-old in June.
