She has been rumoured to be the centre of the fight between James Packer and David Gyngell, as well as the infamous brawl between Justin Bieber and Orlando Bloom.

But Miranda Kerr has denied any involvement in the tiff between the Australian media moguls which took place in June.

Speaking to The Sunday Times Style magazine, she said: 'They weren't fighting over me.

She refused to comment further on why the businessmen had been seen punching each other on the street in Sydney but she did add, 'James and I are friends, but people want to make a story, the public want to put me with someone.'

Packer and Gyngell, who both own extensive entertainment businesses, had to be separated by bodyguards, and were later fined $500 (£280) each for 'offensive behaviour'.

Mr Gyngell later accepted responsibility for the fight as his spokesman said: 'He fully accepts that he was the instigator of the incident. Clearly, had he not turned up at Packer's premises in an angry mood then the confrontation would never have occurred.'

Miranda stated that she is currently still single and added that as long as the important people in her life know the truth she is not fussed by other reports.

The model confirmed the end of her marriage to Orlando Bloom in October 2013 and the pair have managed to stay on good terms as they move forward as co-parents.

But the model did reveal that while she only uses a nanny to look after her son, Flynn, when she is working, she likes to send the nanny out with their three-year-old tot if he when he is staying with Orlando.

She admitted: 'The nanny is with him all the time when he is with Orlando; don't get me wrong, he's a great dad, it's just me being a protective mother and wanting to make sure all his needs are met.

Miranda insisted that she chose to do this in order to keep Flynn's routine and claimed that Orlando has no qualms with the arrangement because 'it's less pressure.'

Orlando hit the headlines last month after he was recorded throwing a punch at singer Justin Bieber outside Cipriani in Ibiza.

The bust-up - which reportedly started by Bieber calling Bloom a 'b****' and involved several attempts to deck the diminutive Baby hitmaker - has caused a media storm since it occurred last Tuesday night.

It was also witnessed by several other big stars, including Paris Hilton, Lindsay Lohan and Leonardo DiCaprio, who reportedly cheered on the British actor.
