His entry into the world a year ago was a tough time after he was born eight weeks prematurely.
However, Katie Price's youngest son Jett Riviera is certainly growing up to be a healthy, happy baby as he celebrated his first birthday over the weekend.
The mother-of-five, 36, proudly shared a photo of her boy being carried by his father Kieran Hayler, 27, surrounded by presents and a birthday cake on her YouGossip page.

In a show of togetherness, the couple were pictured side by side focused on their adorable little boy, who was dressed in blue shorts and a T-shirt.
She wrote: 'Capturing the moment.'
She also posted a close-up of Jett's birthday cake, which was made by Kieran's mother.
Katie captioned it: 'Jett's birthday cake how amazing :) made by nanny hayler xxx.'
There was no sign of Jett's little sister, whose face hasn't been pictured in public since her arrival on August 4.

Although, many fans mistakenly thought Katie had posted the first photo of her baby girl on her YouGossip page after sharing a black and white image of a swaddled baby on Sunday evening, captioning it: 'Sooo cute.'
However, it is believed it is a professional shot of another couple's child taken by San Diego, California-based photographer Carrie Sandoval in 2010.
Katie is now recovering at her Sussex home after giving birth to her baby girl via caesarean section two weeks early.
She has only shown images of the baby's hands and feet and has declined to release the tot's name.

Katie and Kieran's show of togetherness on Jett's birthday comes after a turbulent few months for the couple.
The reality TV star announced she was divorcing the part-time stripper in May after finding out he had a seven-month affair with her best friend Jane Pountney.
She then found out he'd also had an affair with another pal, Chrissy Thomas.
However, Katie has chosen to believe that Kieran is suffering from 'sex addiction', which he is currently receiving treatment for, and is trying to repair their marriage.
She told OK! magazine recently: 'We're working on our relationship and taking it day by day.

'I wanted to focus on having a healthy baby rather than ending another marriage, so I decided that I would have our child and help Kieran through his therapy.'
The former model recently talked about her devastating situation on her Fubar Radio show: 'It's amazing how strong you have to be and this is real life and you have to get on with it.
'In the beginning I was ready to divorce Kieran. Now I've learnt more about [sex addiction], I thought, "Did I do something wrong?" I put on a bit of weight...
'Now I realise it was nothing to do with me, if it wasn't one of my friends it would have been someone else.'
Katie also has children Harvey, 12, from her relationship with Dwight Yorke and Junior, nine; and Princess, seven, with ex-husband Peter Andre.
Katie and Kieran wed in the Bahamas in January 2013 after just six weeks of dating.
