She made a name for herself as the blonde stripper with a heart of gold in the first Sin City film.
But Jessica Alba's Nancy Callahan has had a rough makeover as she returns with vengeance in her soul in sequel A Dame To Kill For.
With her long locks cropped into a shaggy black do, and Edward Scissorhand-like facial scars all over her once pretty face, Nancy shows her darker side as she teams up with Marv (Mickey Rourke) to take out some bad guys in an exclusive clip to MailOnline.

Not so warm hearted: Jessica Alba's Nancy gets a dark makeover in Sin City 2: A Dame To Kill For
'Looks like trouble,' Callahan says as she and her towering partner are confronted by a three-man biker gang outside a seedy bar.
'Looks like Christmas,' is Marv's witty retort, as the leather-clad rivals jump off their hogs packing shotguns and crossbows.
'I think you missed last call boys.'
The ringleader stares Marv down, 'Move or die.'
Battered: Her face is covered with scars and her formerly blonde hair has been chopped off as she joins Marv (Mickey Rourke)
Of course, anyone who is familiar with Rourke's character knows he doesn't take kindly to threats, and while Nancy watches on with a steely glint in her eyes, Marv takes care of their adversaries with a headbutt and two kill shots - using their guns.
Though Sin City 2 is primarily based on Frank Miller's graphic novel A Dame To Kill For, the writer wrote Nancy's storyline especially for Alba.
Entitled 'Nancy's Last Dance', the film reunites with the stripper, who was paying her way through college, after the death of her love and protector Hartigan (Bruce Willis).
'The love of her life is gone,' the actress explains. 'She's devastated. She's an alcoholic. She's still dancing. She's not happy about it.
Goons: In the clip they are confronted by three biker bad boys
Taking them down: Marv shows his brutal size as he kills their three foes with their own weapons
Team: Nancy and Marv team up to avenge the death of Hartigan by taking down Senator Roarke (Powers Boothe)
'It was cool to be able to take someone from this sweet, innocent, naïve victim to this very powerful warrior who takes her life in her own hands and gets revenge.'
For Marv, he has his own story based on one of Miller's original stories 'Just Another Saturday Night'.
The tough guy finds himself on a highway overlooking the Projects and surrounded by several dead young men, before joining Nancy on her mission to avenge Hartigan by taking down Senator Roarke (Powers Boothe).
Sin City 2: A Dame To Kill For hits UK screens on August 25th
