With just nine days to go until her one woman show, Some Girl I Used To Know, hits the Arts theatre in London, it's good to know that Denise Van Outen is taking it all in her stride.

The leggy blonde, 40, was pictured leaving rehearsals and was in such high-spirits that she gave waiting photographers a cheeky leg kick as she made her way down the road on Tuesday.

Wearing a pretty patterned mini skirt with a simple black jumper, all eyes were on Denise's tones and tanned legs.

She completed the look with a pair of flat strappy sandals and wore her hair in a scraped back up do.

Clearly looking forward to her stage debut at the theatre, the TV presenter, actress and model tweeted:

'My one woman play is coming- @ArtsTheatreLDN 22nd August -13th September. Tickets available -somegirliusedtoknow.com.'

Denise has been juggling rehearsals with her daily radio show on Magic FM.

Speaking to BBC Breakfast, she said: 'You know what, I had a lot of funny stories from over the years that I wanted to use, but it is easier to have that mask and play a character... I can do more with it then, I can elaborate on personal experiences.

'There's definitely a lot of me in it, the emotional side of it, it's quite touching, as much as it's funny.'

Denise recently said of the play: 'I had a lot of funny stories from over the years that I wanted to use, but it is easier to have that mask and play a character... I can do more with it then, I can elaborate on personal experiences
