Robin Williams' friends and family have started to arrive at his Bay Area home to say their final goodbyes.
Robin's widow Susan Schneider planned the private memorial for her late husband, although nothing is official yet. "It will be small," a source told E! News on Aug. 13. "They were both private people."

The comedian and actor died at age 63 on Aug. 11 in his Tiburon, California home. His death was caused by asphyxia due to hanging, according to the Marin County Sheriff's Department.

"This morning, I lost my husband and my best friend, while the world lost one of its most beloved artists and beautiful human beings. I am utterly heartbroken," Susan said in a statement.
"On behalf of Robin's family, we are asking for privacy during our time of profound grief. As he is remembered, it is our hope the focus will not be on Robin's death, but on the countless moments of joy and laughter he gave to millions."
Fan memorials have sprouted up coast to coast for their favorite performer.
A week after his death, the tributes to Robin continue on-screen and off.
Oprah Winfrey will air the two interviews she conducted with the Oscar-winning actor on her television network. The former talk show host sat down with Robin once in 1988 and again in 1991. The episodes will air back-to-back on Aug. 17 starting at 7 p.m. on OWN.
The 66th Primetime Emmys will pay special tribute to Robin during its Aug. 25 telecast on NBC. The show's producers began discussions for the In Memoriam segment shortly after learning about Robin's passing.
"While we are all still coming to terms with this week's tragic news, we are working to give Robin Williams the proper and meaningful remembrance he so well deserves," Don Miscer, Emmys executive producer, told ABC News.
The actor's movies have played across a number of channels this weekend. Disney scheduled multiple airings of the animated classic Aladdin. The 1992 movie will air on Disney XD at 6 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. on Aug. 17 and on Disney Jr. at 11 a.m. on Aug. 18.
In addition to the TV remembrances, the Throckmorton Theater in Mill Valley, Calfornia is planning a public benefit night of comedy in memory of Robin. The theater cancelled its weekly Tuesday night show out respect for the late comedian.
"We are in deep mourning for our dear friend and incredible human being, Robin Williams. Tomorrow's 'Mark Pitta & Friends" show has been cancelled,'" the theater announced on Aug. 11. "We ask for your understanding at this time."
