The Duchess of Cambridge has been a constant feature on best dressed lists, since she joined the royal family in 2011. But according to one of her close acquaintances Kate really isn't too bothered about fashion.
While the former Miss Middleton might have been named in Vanity Fair's best dressed list every year since becoming a royal, but Sara Parker-Bowles, the daughter-in-law of the Duchess of Cornwall, claims the brunette isn't that concerned with style.
Speaking to Telegraph about the Duchess, Sara said her indifference to fashion was "endearing". She said: "We've talked about designers we admire in the past and she's always very complimentary about what I wear but, clearly, she feels she's got more important things to think about - and that's what makes her so endearing."
We wonder if she's talking about one year-old son Prince George? He does look a handful!
While her husband Tom Parker-Bowles might be step-brother to the future king, Prince Wiliam, Sara insisted the royals are very down-to-earth.

"Recently, Tom's mother took me and my sister-in-law, Laura, and the kids to see The Lion King, and then we just went back to have tea at Clarence House. They're completely relaxed, the whole network of people who work in the household team are very welcoming," she said.
Reponse to Kate's style has been mixed since she joined the royal family. Some people have criticised her for not being, exciting enough in her fashion choices, while others find her simple and classic looks a hit.
Whether, she's a star in terms of the fashion establishment or not, she's given a helping hand to the designers she chooses to wear. The Duchess is a fan of mixing high-end with lesser known brands, as well as high street chains, leading to items she wears selling out within hours.
