Stiviano in a court of law ... testifying that she is a person of high moral character during an adoption hearing last year ... TMZ Sports has learned.  Sources connected to the situation tell us ... Stiviano is trying to adopt two children who are currently living in a group home. We're told ... Donald solidly supported her bid ... which is still pending ... and last September, he testified in an adoption hearing that Stiviano's character was excellent. Of course, Sterling's opinions of Stiviano have clearly changed -- with Sterling and the Clippers issuing a statement noting that she is currently being sued by Donald's estranged wife, who claims Stiviano stole $1.8 million from Sterling.
