Michael Egan -- now 31 -- and his lawyer, Jeff Herman will be holding a news conference at 2 PM PDT detailing the new allegations. We're told Egan will allege the 3 men abused him during trips to Hawaii.  The state of Hawaii has allowed alleged victims of sexual assault to sue, even if the statute of limitations has long since expired -- but the deadline for filing is Thursday.
