She tweeted a picture of herself in workout gear going for a run earlier in the week.
And it seems Lindsay Lohan's exercise regime has paid off because she looked slimmer than ever when she stepped out for lunch on Thursday in London.
The 27-year-old revealed her slim pins wearing a pair of very tight pastel blue jeans with a matching jumper.

As is often the case the actress appeared to forgo a bra but she did remember her coat – a pale green one she held in her arm.
The colour palette of her outfit, which even included matching shoes, worked particularly well with the red hue of her hair.
Lindsay has been in London for some time now and she seems to be enjoying the lifestyle and the group of friends she has here.

She is thought to be planning a permanent move to London, with a source telling The Sun: 'Lindsay's really enjoying being in the UK and has told her pals that she's staying here for good. Lindsay has also started investigating getting acting work in London.'
But while she's reportedly clean and sober following her most recent spell in rehab, pals have expressed concern for the star – who looked worse for wear following a night out at celebrity hotspot the Chiltern Firehouse on Tuesday evening.

'Lindsay is doing the exact opposite of what she should be doing,' an insider told Radar.
Meanwhile Lindsay will not be forced to discuss her miscarriage in court after she settled her lawsuit with a clothing manufacturer.
Her label 6126 struck a deal with D.N.A.M. Apparel Industries, the company she sued last year for $1.1 million.
However the actress will receive a paltry $150,000, far less than what she asked for and a total that will be eroded by legal fees.
According to TMZ, a countersuit from D.N.A.M Apparel, in which it was claimed the former film star's bad reputation made it impossible for them to sell the merchandise, will also be dropped.
