The brunette beauty wore a vibrant turquoise blouse white skin-tight white jeans for her shopping trip.
Always the fashionista, she capped the look with a pair of tan cork wedges, a thin gold necklace and a matching belt.
Keen to protect her eyes from the west coast sun, she covered up with a pair of classy, over-sized, designer sunglasses.
Model behaviour: The iconic model certainly hasn't lost her demure appeal
The proud mother of two children, she has also clearly passed on some of her impressive genes.
Her son, Presley Gerber, 14, shares the trademark mole that set her apart in her early modeling days.
In an Instagram photo Cindy posted last night, Presley strikes a pose with his stunning 11-year-old sister Kaia, showing off the distinctive beauty mark on the right side of his mouth.

Unique feature: The supermodel, now 48, (pictured in December) became known for the mole on the upper corner of her mouth, which helped set her apart from other models in the industry
The proud 48-year-old mom, who has been married to the children's father, former model Rande Gerber, since 1998, captioned the sibling photo: 'Just hangin out with @kaiajordan and @presley_gerber'.
The image has had more than 3,000 'likes' so far, with many followers commenting on how much her children take after her.
'They've inherited the gene lottery,' wrote one fan. Another said: 'Your son looks exactly like you!!'
Cindy Crawford may be known for her mole, but there was a time when she considered removing it, which may have altered her entire modeling career.
It's all in the genes: Presley looks like his famous mother, 48, in more ways than one
Close call: Cindy (pictured with Presley in February) recently revealed that she once considered removing her iconic mole, which may have altered her entire modeling career
She revealed to Vogue in May that she was teased for the mark in school, and that her own sister reffered to it as an 'ugly mark'.
'But my mother always said, "You know what your mole looks like, you don't know what the scar is going to look like,"' she said.
'Now it's so much just a part of my face that I don't think, "Oh, how's my mole doing today?"
'But it's the thing that made people remember me, and it made a lot of women who also have beauty marks identify with me. They set you apart.'
Lookalikes: Presley may have inherited his mother's mole, but it seems Kaia takes after her in every other aspect
Happy family: Cindy has been married to the children's father, former model Rande Gerber, since 1998
Presley may have inherited his mother's mole, but it seems Kaia takes after her in every other aspect.
The young brunette - who has a close relationship to her brother, judging by their Instagram pages - has exactly the same wavy dark hair, brown eyes and all-American good look as her mom.
So it's no surprise that Kaia was chosen to star in a campaign for Young Versace at the tender age of ten. 'Like her mother, Kaia has a very special gift,' designer Versace said on the shoot. 'The camera really, really loves her.'
But just a few months later, Cindy announced that she was putting her daughter's modeling career on hold for a few years, until she got a little older.
Seasoned pro: Cindy launched her modeling career at 16 (pictured on the Hervé Léger catwalk in 1993)
'At this point, she's too young to pursue a career,' she told The Daily, adding: 'There aren't even a handful of jobs for a ten-year-old girl.'
Cindy launched her modeling career at the age of 16, appearing on hundreds of magazine covers throughout her life including Vogue, People, Harper's Bazaar, Elle, Cosmopolitan and Allure.
Her husband, now 52, also pursued modeling before launching his own nightlife companies called Midnight Oil and the Gerber Group.
